Honest Crafters — Singapore’s specialist in luxury leather restoration — is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, develop talent, and build long‑term partnerships with hotels, car workshops, luxury retailers and corporate clients.
Role overview
You will design and execute the sales strategy, recruit and coach a results‑driven team, own major client relationships and be accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role blends hands‑on selling with people leadership and operations alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Honest Crafters’ customer base across B2C and B2B (hotels, automotive, retail partnerships).
- Own the sales pipeline and forecasting — set targets, monitor performance, and deliver predictable revenue.
- Recruit, train, motivate and manage the sales team; set clear objectives, KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Coach sales reps on consultative selling, product knowledge (leather restoration services), pricing and negotiation.
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training and development plans.
- Lead major client meetings and negotiate commercial agreements; develop proposals and close high‑value contracts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Finance to design promotions, pricing, and ensure smooth job handovers and margin integrity.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end sales close processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships; ensure high standards of service and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Honest Crafters at industry events, trade shows and client visits.
- Be available to support sales activities on weekends and public holidays when required.
Success metrics (how we’ll measure you)
- Revenue growth vs. target (monthly / quarterly / annual).
- New corporate contracts signed and value of pipeline.
- Team attainment: % of reps meeting/exceeding targets.
- Customer retention and repeat business rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales forecasts and reports.
- Improvements in team skills (training completion and effectiveness).
Required skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a corporate or SME setting; demonstrated success scaling teams and revenue.
- Strong record across the full sales cycle — strategy, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing.
- Experience winning and managing B2B accounts (hospitality, automotive, retail or related service sectors) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills — you hire, coach and inspire high‑performers.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Solid commercial acumen: pricing, margin management and contract negotiation.
- Proficient with CRM systems, sales reporting and forecasting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as business needs dictate.

- 180 days: Deliver against agreed revenue milestones, close at least one corporate account, and demonstrate improved team performance and reporting discipline.
