Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Set sales targets according to company guidelines. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with market trends and company objectives
  • Attend to sales inquiries, make quotations and determine price schedules. Deal with customer accounts directly/indirectly. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management and aftersales teams to tailor proposals, quotations and solution architectures
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and account executives to meet or exceed targets. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service and recordkeeping. Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategy and deal closure while managing commercial risk
  • Compile and analyse sales figures vis‑à‑vis targets set. Forecast revenue, analyse sales metrics and adjust tactics to optimise growth and profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Collect customer feedback and market research and report.
  • Keep up to date with OFAS products and competitors’ information.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer workshops to strengthen brand awareness. Be involved with marketing, if assigned to.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews of sales staff to build a high‑performing team
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Business
  • Proven sales experience with a good record of achieving targets. Minimum 2 years in a sales leadership or managerial role with proven team‑building success
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Have Initiative and enthusiasm, excellent leadership, presentation and relationship‑building abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central 365) and MS Office suite
  • A class‑3 driving licence
