The Role
In this role, you will drive revenue growth across experiential marketing and brand activations by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering winning proposals. The role offers autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to build high‑impact partnerships across Asia. You will be responsible for:
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
- Building and nurturing relationships with key clients from initial prospecting through long‑term partnerships
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Leading client presentations and negotiations to deliver winning proposals
- Collaborating closely with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities in the database
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the events, experiential marketing, or related creative industries
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- You have strong experience managing relationships with enterprise and mid‑market clients across Asia (Singapore preferred)
- You have proficiency in digital marketing across multiple channels, including analytics and AI tools
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills to convert cold leads into clients successfully
- You have a self‑starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act without waiting to be told
- You have a strategic and creative approach, bringing fresh ideas and unconventional solutions to client engagement
- You have the resilience and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment
