Job description

We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team during offline events such as roadshows and pop-up activations. The successful candidate will oversee on-site sales operations, train and motivate the sales team, and ensure performance targets are met.

This role is suitable for individuals with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team during roadshows, pop-up events, and other offline marketing activities
• Drive overall team performance and ensure sales targets and service quality are achieved
• Train and guide sales promoters on customer engagement, product explanation, and sales scripts
• Monitor daily performance and provide feedback and improvement suggestions
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution
• Prepare basic performance reports and update management regularly

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail leadership, or event supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to work on weekends during event periods\
• Experience in financial products or app promotion will be an advantage
