Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer service process to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop staff through training/coaching/mentoring.
- Conduct monthly meetings with key personnel for feedback and improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction indices are met.
- Support aftersales Senior Manager with customer inquiries.
- Review individual staff performance against company objectives.
- Take on a proactive sales role in business development projects.
- Conduct sales presentations to customers.
- Analyze market alignment with business goals.
- Create strategy plans for sales performance.
- Propose solutions based on data analysis.
- Compile market intelligence to facilitate decisions.
- Network with clients to maintain business relationships.
- Track and report sales progress.
- Guide team members in their work.
Responsibilities
- Continuing focus on strengthening customer service process to improve customer satifaction.
- Developing keys staffs throught traiming/coaching/mentoring to enhance their performance with their competencies.
- Conducting monthly meetings with the keys personnel to share and feedback from key results for corrective and continually to seek for process improvement.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction index are met to set benchmark.
- Provide support to aftersales Senior Manager on every kind of customer enquireis or complaints.
- Conduct periodical review of the performance of individual staffs (especially key staff) to ensure that the work attitude and work performance in line to the company objectives.
- To take up a proactive sales roles in business developments projects.
- Resposible in conducting sales presentation customers on company's products and solutions.
- Analse the business market, aligning with the business developments and sales goals of the company.
- Creating strategy plans, preparation and performance of sales.
- Analyse data and propose key solutions to the Managements.
- Gather, compile, analyse and utilize market intelligence to support and facilitate business decision.
- Perform and maintain networking with potential and existing business clients.
- Effectively track and report sales progress to the Management.
- Providing guice to other team members in their work.
