• To increase market awareness for products and services
• Delivers on all performance measures consistently-sales and margin the quality of the sale, (additional items, customer data capture, types of products sold)
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Sales Teams of any problems that may arise
• Understand the business climate, competitive environment, and develop sales strategy
• Foster and facilitate a collaborative team environment
