A leading AV solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a professional for business development and client relations. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to market strategy. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential. Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (e.g., corporate AV, houses of worship, performing arts, education, broadcast, live events).
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand technical and operational requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and system designs in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable sales outcomes.
Account Management & Client Relations:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and technical credibility.
Serve as the main point of contact for new clients through the sales and onboarding process.
Ensure smooth project transitions to operations and technical teams.
Market Strategy & Reporting:
Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the AVL industry.
Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting.
Track sales activities and report performance metrics to leadership.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and professional organizations to promote the company brand.
