Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (e.g., corporate AV, houses of worship, performing arts, education, broadcast, live events).

    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.

    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand technical and operational requirements.

    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and system designs in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable sales outcomes.

  • Account Management & Client Relations:

    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and technical credibility.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for new clients through the sales and onboarding process.

    • Ensure smooth project transitions to operations and technical teams.

  • Market Strategy & Reporting:

    • Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the AVL industry.

    • Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting.

    • Track sales activities and report performance metrics to leadership.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Work closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.

    • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and professional organizations to promote the company brand.
