Job summary

  • Experience working in food and beverage industry
  • Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
  • Relationship building with new and existing customers
  • Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
  • Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays and overtime whenever necessary
