Job summary

A health and wellness company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales operations and customer service activities within the branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities include driving sales by promoting treatment services and managing the sales team to achieve goals. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required. Job Duties
  • Lead and oversee all sales operations and customer service activities within the branch.
  • Handle and resolve phone and walk-in customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of guest experience.
  • Drive sales by promoting treatment services, packages, promotions, and special deals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including prescription preparation, invoice issuance, and other BAU processes.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house TCM physicians to align sales strategies with customers' health objectives.
  • Coordinate with HQ on operational, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs for all branch staff.
  • Conduct regular branch meetings and participate in HQ monthly management meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in TCM, Beauty, Wellness, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is required for understanding TCM prescriptions and communication).
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Updated knowledge of industry trends, services, and products.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operational processes.
