Work location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: 5 days per week

Salary: Between $3000 - $4000 (Depending on experiences) + High Commission

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients to clients.
• Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
