- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position our products in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Work closely with procurement, sales support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analysing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
