Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large BFSI accounts in Singapore and the region. You will lead the sales engagement process, identify new business opportunities, and act as the primary liaison between Gientech and its BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales within the financial services sector and be fluent in both English and Chinese to engage effectively with regional stakeholders, including those in Greater China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major BFSI clients to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, proposal development, presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Promote Gientech’s suite of solutions/products including core banking systems, payment, digital platforms, data governance, cloud migration, and compliance solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, business challenges, and regulatory environment to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within banking institutions.
  • Work closely with Gientech’s product and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.
  • Track account performance, report on pipeline development, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Represent Gientech at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on banking or financial services clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI technology trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese – essential for communicating with regional clients and internal teams across Greater China.
