Job description
What you will be doing
  1. Responsible for the Singapore local market retail coverage and channel construction and management, responsible for the corresponding sales assessment indicators and business indicators;
  2. Cooperate with the planning and execution of offline marketing activities and online digital marketing, cultivate the market, generate clues and drive sales in a targeted manner;
  3. Participate in the development of sales strategies for local consumer products, market segmentation and Omni-channel management.
  4. Undertake regional sales tasks, be responsible for regional market development, channel planning and management, and tap market potential and sales growth points;
  5. Connected with agents and retailers in the region to ensure that the company's sales strategy and management strategy were implemented in the whole sales channel;
  6. Regularly analysed and rearranged the regional business, optimised the channel structure, and improved the overall sales performance in the region;
  7. Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction;
  8. Other daily work in the area.
The successful candidate
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years’ experience in channel management or sales management.
  2. Familiar with the business model and operation method of local channel;
  3. Strong communication skills, strong ability to resist pressure and self‑drive;
  4. Industry understanding, channel development and organisational capabilities.
