Responsibilities
- Establish new network key accounts and expand business opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and activities to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and meet sales targets, specifically within the assigned sectors
- Build and maintain business relationship with Suppliers / Principals / Existing and New customers to ensure sales target are met
- Lead negotiations on sales contracts and pricing, ensuring favourable outcomes
- Plan and execute supplier/customer visits and meetings, facilitating productive engagements
- Deliver product training and presentations to customers, both local and overseas, as necessary
- Proactively address customer needs and concerns with timely and effective solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements and oversee the sales order process
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and provide regular updates on market dynamics
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
- Oversee budget allocation and resource utilization for the sales department to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Generate regular sales reports and presentations to provide insights into performance, opportunities, and challenges
