Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth for the private sector markets.
You will play a strategic role in identifying new opportunities, crafting value-driven proposals, and partnering closely with technical and project teams to deliver high-impact security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive sales pipeline development for security, identity, biometrics, AI-driven surveillance, and access control solutions
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial markets
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, tender response, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals with commercial end-users and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and integrators
- Conduct high-impact product presentations, demonstrations, and solution pitching
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable Toppan solutions
- Go-to-Market & Strategy Execution
- Develop sales strategies, market positioning, and competitive differentiation plans
- Work with marketing teams to create materials, case studies, and product collateral
- Provide market insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering, solution architects, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and use-case requirements
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in biometrics, security solutions, technology integration, automation, or related domains
- Strong understanding of technologies such as access control, biometrics, robotics, or intelligent systems
- Experience selling SaaS/recurring revenue models
- Existing relationships within commercial real estate, corporate security, integrator/channel community, large events organiser is highly preferred
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts, hitting or exceeding annual quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles; Strong understanding of tendering cycle and plan accordingly
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across technical and commercial teams; hunter style preferred
- Regional exposure is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese language, other languages are a plus
