We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication with potential and existing clients, scheduling services, and managing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding our services.
  • Provide detailed explanations of our services, including normal servicing, aircon chemical washes, and gas top-ups.
  • Coordinate and plan service schedules for confirmed client bookings and ensure the schedule is sent weekly to the manager.
  • Handle and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and manage inquiries received through Carousell, ensuring timely follow-up and client engagement.
  • Identify potential leads from customer interactions and convert them into confirmed service bookings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing their needs and following up on post-service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly schedule of confirmed service bookings.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and inquiry responses.
Qualifications
