Job Description
Pre-Sale Support
- Monitoring Quotation progress, support account manager to prepare and follow up on price quotations.
- Supporting Demo activities: Loan license activities.
- New Customer request: Submits request in CMAP and making sure relevant documents are submitted to Corporate and release.
- Manage Frontline Maintenance Contract Business Forecast to Book in Caerus, coordinating contract maintenance renewal(CRM) with the service team and reconciliation between Caerus and CRM.
Post Sale
- Order to Delivery Management: Following order payment and support LC process to ensure the Sales Order hold remove in collaboration with relevant stakeholders OA, Service, Account Managers to ensure order is ready for deliver.
- Maintain Install base BI accuracy, including seat counts, renewal dates, maintenance status and source tracking.
- Back up during license delivery team absence.
- Generate and validate licenses for new and repeat sales, including perpetual, term, and emergency licenses.
- Manage license requests initiated by regional sales admins, ensuring alignment with SO content and AM quotations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in admin or customer service.
- Sensitive with numbers.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM system (or similar system).
- Familiar with Microsoft excel, knows how to use Vlookup and Pivot table.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
