A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage sales orders and assist daily operations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration and has at least 1 year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include reviewing Purchase Orders, preparing Delivery Orders, and managing logistics documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Review and approve Purchase Orders, and handle the processing of Sales Orders.
Prepare Delivery Orders and Sales Orders.
Assist in the daily operations of the Sales and Administration Department.
Carry out administrative tasks such as general filing, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments with both local and international freight forwarders.
Familiarity with import/export procedures, cargo handling, and customs clearance.
Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 1 year in administration and sales coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
