Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and support the Company’s sales growth initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and commercial initiatives.
• Analyse market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to drive business growth.
• Work closely with sales, technical, project, and service teams to deliver effective solutions for clients.
• Gain exposure to different areas of the business through structured learning and mentorship.
• Develop leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking for future sales management roles.
