Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new business development opportunities while maintaining relationships with current customers.
  2. Proactively market products and strategies to create business opportunities.
  3. Efficiently manage daily tasks for current clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  4. Oversee inventory control of trading materials.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional sales support.
  6. Prepare quotations and collaborate with customers on pricing matters.
  7. Follow up on payment issues with clients to ensure timely collections.
  8. Identify and source suitable suppliers for purchasing trading materials.
  9. Evaluate supplier performance to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
  10. Review purchase orders from customers and suppliers, confirming trade terms, payment terms, pricing, and lead times.
  11. Address customer complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in commodity and engineering plastics.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
