Job summary

Singapore Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to engage clients, develop design concepts for office commercial spaces, and gain knowledge in renovation projects. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Interior Design with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software to produce accurate drawings and presentations.
• Skilled in perspective drawing and space planning to enhance design quality.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior interior designer roles.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and initiative demonstrated through a positive work attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather and clarify their interior design requirements for office commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed space planning and develop innovative design concepts aligned with client needs.
• Present design proposals effectively to clients to secure project approval.
• Brief and coordinate project teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of design plans.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate cost estimates for project budgeting.
• Work independently to manage client communications and project progress.
