Job summary

PLUSH INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Designer / Sales Designer to meet homeowners, develop tailored proposals, and manage renovation projects from concept to completion.

You will interpret floor plans, present design concepts, prepare mood boards and quotations, and coordinate with contractors to deliver quality results. A minimum of 3 years in interior design sales with a strong portfolio and excellent communication is essential to succeed, with abundant leads and incentives

Qualifications

• 3+ years in interior design sales
• Strong knowledge of residential renovation and interior design
• Ability to interpret floor plans and develop practical design solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong portfolio of completed residential projects

Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with homeowners to understand renovation requirements.
• Develop design concepts and space planning solutions based on client needs and budget.
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and quotations.
• Conduct presentations and follow-up meetings with clients.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the renovation process.
• Manage projects from initial consultation to project completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
