Job summary

A leading windows and doors company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to handle sales enquiries, manage projects, and provide design consultations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, have at least one year of relevant experience, and be knowledgeable in 3D modelling software. Training will be provided, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drawings and specifications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and client presentations.
• Liaise with clients and provide design consultation.
• Prepare quotations and close sales deals.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct site measurements and layout planning.
• Supervise site visits and quality checks.
• Create layout plans and relevant drawings.

• Handling sales enquiries / Client presentations
• Liaise with clients on their requirements and provide design consultation based on clients’ needs.
• Prepare quotation, selling and closing sales deals.
• Determine cost of completion and project requirement.
• Manage projects to meet target deadlines and budget
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, clients required to ensure smooth project execution.
• Involve in site measurements, layout planning & materials selection.
• Site supervision – site visit, audit check and quality check to ensure designs and works meet the requirement and timelines.
• Create layout plan, 3D perspective designs, design concept, carpentry details drawings, full set drawings or other relevant drawings as needed.
