Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Airfreight forwarding business
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identity business opportunities for the firm
• Oversee operations and provide guidance to team members
• Oversee and manage the overall financial performance and efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
• Liaise with the headquarter to provide local business insights and strategies
• Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Key requirements
