TELESALES EXECUTIVES

Job Scope
  • Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
  • Understand customers' requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions.
  • Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
  • Schedule viewing appointments with customers.
  • Coordinate with the respective branches to coordinate customers' viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.
  • Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
  • Attractive individual and team commission based on achievement of sales targets (in addition to basic salary advertised).
