Job Purpose
The Sales Executive, a key member of the Sales Team, is responsible for identifying new leads, building client relationships, retention of existing contracts and preparing quotes and proposals for security solutions.
Key duties include presenting company products, assisting with on-site risk assessments, and helping to close sales to meet revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to understand and meet client security needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Integrated Security Solutions : Manned Guarding, Security Technology Solutions, Risk Management
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients needing security solutions through various methods like cold calling, online research, and networking
- Analyze, review and identify customers’ security concerns and gaps, or overall security status
- Client relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and cost estimates, and helping with other administrative tasks.
- Product and service presentation: Deliver demonstrations and presentations of security products and services to prospective clients
- Monitor Sales results, trends and key performance indicators (Key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving the annual sales targets
- Conduct site surveys for pre-sales, pre- risk assessment
- Market and product knowledge: Stay informed about security industry trends and the company's product offerings to provide informed solutions to clients
- Track competitors’ market activity and pricing
- Negotiate the terms of agreement and closing of sales
- Regular analysis/ reporting/ review of Sales Activities/ Opportunities as well as review with Management
- Familiar with lead generation and sales tools like SalesForce.com for pipeline tracking and management (CRM) is plus
- Able to work on activities in salesforce for real-time transparency for current and new contracts
- Identify and participate in local associations, vendor shows, conferences to boost sales lead
- A team player
- Work closely with different departments including Operations and HR Team for new service deployment as well as maintaining existing deployment
- Other duties/ needs as assigned

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimally a diploma in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field, with an aptitude for sales and negotiation. Experience or familiarity with the security industry is a plus
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and grow are welcomed to apply
- Possess A vehicle: Those with a valid driver’s licence and has own car will be advantageous
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
- Ability to understand system, design and application, pricing/cost management, lead generation
