From Singapore, you’ll grow Huawei-aligned business across SEAK-J. Do things differently, not a hundred different things.
The work
- Build and run Huawei partner plays in SG, then replicate across SEAK-J.
- Leverage over labor: assemble “flash squads” from delivery/consulting/alliances when needed. You design the play, pull the people, own the win.
- Shape clean offers, simple pricing, tidy QBRs, and crisp next steps.
- Land SupVault, SupMirror, SupDRC in brownfield estates; drive DR drills and evidence-based acceptance.
- Keep numbers honest: margin guardrails, clean CRM, disciplined forecast, finish at AR-cleared cash.
You, ideally
- Singapore Citizen with full work authorization.
- Bilingual: English + Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Huawei counterparts.
- 1–4 years in B2B tech/channel sales. Not an order-taker; not ops-only. Operator brain, creator energy.
- High EQ, calm presence, clear writing. You read rooms, de-escalate noise, and move decisions.
- Commercially sharp: do deal math in-flow and protect margin without killing momentum.
- Ready to open markets beyond SG across SEAK-J; light traveler, heavy closer.
