Up to SGD 4,500 per month + VB + Comm + $500 Petrol Allowances
1. Key Purpose of the Role
- Drive sales and business development in the waste management sector.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Deliver sustainable solutions that meet clients’ environmental and operational needs.
2. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services to provide value-added solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client issues promptly to ensure long-term relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks.
3. Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
- Min 3 years of sales experience, related in waste management.
- Must possess own vehicle (essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
