The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience in waste management and holds a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. This position offers a competitive monthly salary with additional commission and allowances.

Sales Executive – Waste Management

West Area | Sales role | 5.5 days

• Office Location: Penjuru Road Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
• Generate qualified sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the waste management industry, including products and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and create new leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in waste management sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport for work related travel
• Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Strong communication abilities with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Open to business travel as needed to support company operations.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
