Sales Executive
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm / Alternate Saturday 9 am -2pm
  • Location: Near Jurong East mrt
  • Salary: $2800 to $3200 (depend on experience)
  • Benefit : Incentive ; AWS ; Performance Bonus ; Annual leave 14 Days

We’re looking for a compassionate yet driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help families find meaningful memorial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic, consultative sales support to clients, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through memorial product options.
  • Present and explain our full range of products, including memorial plaques, personalized urns, and ArtGlass keepsakes, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with funeral homes, cremation service providers, and other partners to drive referrals and collaborations.
  • Manage showroom inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads with professionalism and care.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s service standards and brand values.
  • Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure personalized orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and product launches to promote our offerings and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
