Job Description

• Maintain good relationship and develop new businesses with main key clients.
• Conduct business trips and develop new businesses in ASEAN countries.
• Handle requests and inquiries from clients and provide solutions.
• Communicate with Japan HQ for pricing, shipping schedule, stock situation.
• Prepare documents related sales activity using PowerPoint or Excel etc.
• Attend to guests from Japan and clients (if required).
• Other ad-hoc duties if assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Willing to challenge sales position, even without prior experience (Welcome applicants without prior experience).
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and shows a commitment to long-term tenure with the company.
• Holds a valid driving license.
• Proficient in Mandarin language for effective communication with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Basic conversational Japanese language is a plus to communicate with Japan HQ and colleagues.
• Prior experience working in a Japanese SME is an advantage.
• Exhibits a keen interest in Japanese culture and a strong motivation to work in a Japanese company.
