A construction service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell tiling services to developers, contractors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Promote and sell the company’s tiling services to developers, main contractors, architects and homeowners
Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders for tiling projects
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide technical input
Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
Gather market and competitor information to support business strategy

Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience in construction or related industry; tiling / finishing works background is advantageous
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
