Job summary

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric, aggressive, result driven and highly motivated. The Sales Executive has the ultimate responsibility for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs for both existing and new products. DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Identify new potential customer and develop new business opportunity by researching and analysing sales options, and follow up with all avenues to grow our business.
  • Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration.
  • Preparation of sales proposal and quotation to channel partners.
  • Responsible to take part in product-focused exploration and work closely with the product and engineering team.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or degree in business/marketing/computer science or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in property and car park management preferred.
  • Passion for residential and commercial property and car park management.
  • Creative, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Prior marketing or sales experience in IT industry will be a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skill and outstanding negotiation skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required
