  • Position Title: Sales Executive – Skincare/Cosmetics
  • Working Location: Ubi
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the company's sales goals.
  • Seek and onboard new retail partners.
  • Present and promote new products (Cosmetics/Skincare/Beauty/FMCG) to current retailers.
  • Oversee and implement promotional activities on e-commerce platforms, and in physical stores.
  • Organize events in stores to increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and train beauty advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers through regular visits.
  • Conduct livestream sessions to advertise and sell products.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Education Executive in the cosmetics field.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and in-store beauty training.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, some evenings, and certain holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including group presentations and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
