The role involves securing new business opportunities and implementing sales strategies. Candidates should possess a driving license and be able to handle quotations and customer complaints while providing personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Develop existing Ship Supply businesses.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales.
- Develop frontline relationships with customers.
- Communicate trends/pricing issues related to sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop existing Ship Supply businesses.
- Develop and enhance customer relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales, grow business with existing customers
- Develop a frontline relationship with customers
- Communicate trends/pricing issues and other unique issues as it relates to sales
- Work closely with Operations and management with regard to sales needs
- Analyse market information and sales information to keep abreast of the latest development.
- Handle running order quotations.
- Handle cruise and tender quotations.
- Assisting the Accounts team to highlight those customers who are late payments or chasing payment.
- Handle customer complaint
- Provide personalized service to customers (e.g. delivery)
- Other responsibilities as and when required.
- Possess Driving Licence Preferably
