Responsibilities
  • Understand market and customer needs that align with the company’s product values.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and promptly develop comprehensive customer profiles.
  • Develop and execute sales plans based on annual targets, achieve sales goals, promptly follow up on payments, and ensure timely cash flow.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market share and monitor competitors closely.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales service, and handling customer complaints.
  • Manage sales orders, quotations, and back-office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain communication with customers and end-users, providing updated information and necessary documentation as required.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other related tasks to ensure timely progress.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and new account development.
