Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our growing sales team in the building materials industry. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will be appointed as Sales Executive or Sales Assistant, supporting project-based clients in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors (primarily Chinese enterprises).
  • Follow up on project progress, coordinate orders, production, delivery, and site requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle invoicing, payment collection, and project settlement to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Assist in developing sales plans, market strategies, and reporting market insights to management.
Education & Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination within the building materials / steel / construction industry is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
  • Familiar with construction project workflows and able to coordinate between clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Able to work independently and willing to visit clients or project sites when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
