This role focuses on expanding the B2B book channel

Key Responsibilities

The primary goal is to increase market share, revenue, and competitiveness across various channels, including retail, education centers, and distributors within the region.

Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, foster customer relationships, and manage expenses.

Conduct thorough sell-through analyses for store promotions and events.

Identify opportunities for engagement with local schools and government agencies.

Facilitate routine Business Review sessions with key customers to assess sales performance, negotiate terms, propose promotional initiatives, and secure shelf space.

Conduct weekly sales and marketing meetings to disseminate updates on sales, market trends, product information, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Exercise comprehensive oversight of all marketing activities, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to oversee marketing materials.

Monitor competitors and market trends, analyze pricing strategies, and collect market feedback to enhance product competitiveness.

Explore new business ventures and collaborations throughout Asia to boost revenue and expand market share.

Implement and enforce credit and returns policies to optimize receivables and inventory management.

Requirements

Minimum degree holder

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Meticulousness, responsibility, and maturity, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
