About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced Executive to join our team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers, coordinating spare parts, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

  • Customer Whisperer: Understand customer needs and recommend the right parts with confidence and clarity
  • Sales Dynamo: Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals like a pro
  • Inventory Insider: Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery
  • Order Maestro: Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system
  • Relationship Builder: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Problem Solver: Handle complaints and returns with grace and professionalism
  • Market Scout: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor pricing to stay ahead of the game
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with service engineers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Documentation Guru: Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • After Sales Ally: Support the After Sales Manager with reports, analysis, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or professional certificate
  • Experience in spare parts sales or technical sales preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • ERP system experience is a big plus
