Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers in their journey to choose meaningful keepsakes. Key qualifications include a valid Class 3 license and good communication skills. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. The work hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays when required.

• Holds a valid Class 3 license.
• Has empathy & good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customer leads & support their purchase journey.
• Recommend memorial/keepsake products with empathy.
• Manage appointments, enquiries and follow ups to ensure smooth customer experience.

Job description

Location : Jurong East

Salary : Up to $5,000 + AWS

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) & 9am - 1pm (Sat-Only when required)
