Location: Jurong East

Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS

Working Hours: 5.5 Days

• Monday to Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday : 9:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with customer leads provided by the team
• Engage customers with care and recommend suitable products (urns, keepsake jewelry and other related items)
• Manage appointments, enquiries and follow-ups to ensure smooth customer experience
