Identify and engage new prospects, recommending appropriate marine products, integrated systems, and services to ensure seaworthiness.

Manage and evaluate sales leads to develop and forecast business plans tailored to potential clients.

Execute business plans in alignment with corporate objectives to meet and exceed sales performance targets.

Collaborate with the internal proposal team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals.

Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure efficient sales processes and timely delivery of systems and services.

Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements
