Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies for construction machinery rentals. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience in related industries and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid driving license and own vehicle are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction equipment rental or related industries.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is a must.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the rental of construction machinery and equipment.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and rental agreements in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, equipment readiness, and customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry events to promote company services.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction equipment rental, heavy machinery, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is a must !!
