Key Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for and secure new business in logistics and warehousing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing.
- Strong hunter mentality – proactive in generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Existing client network in logistics or warehousing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
