Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Promote Ocean / Air / Total Logistics services with tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and meetings
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and follow through on corrective actions
• Ensure accurate billing, prompt payment follow-ups, and proper sales reportingContribute to marketing strategies and support cross-functional business initiatives
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air & Sea)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Must possess own transport (for client visits)
