• Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Handle contractual negotiations and ensure smooth account servicing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and value-added services.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance standards, systems, and procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of account servicing experience with commercial or industrial clients preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
