Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a retail associate to promote jewelry and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have experience in retail or jewelry and a minimum GCE 'N' level qualification. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive showroom image. The position requires weekend availability and offers a salary range of $2900 - $3100 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Candidate with retail or jewelry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain the range of Jewelry to customers.
• Promote various products and services to customers.
• Attend to customers ensuring service delivery standards.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain merchandise presentation in showrooms.
• Manage the overall positive image of the showroom.

• Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom
