Indoor Sales Executive assists in customers at our showroom, while Outdoor Sales Executives seeks out new clients through our various marketing approaches!

What you’ll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods

Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system

Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and sales skills

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Lighting Sales and/or Interior Design

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
