Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to manage sales enquiries, develop strategies, and provide excellent customer service in the freight forwarding sector. Candidates should possess a GCE 'O' level qualification and ideally have 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. This position offers a salary range of $2500-$3500 plus commission, with work hours from 8.45am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Possessing a vehicle with class 3 license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries and generate quotations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Maintain customer satisfaction for long-term relationships.

Job scope

• Attending to sales enquires, generating and presenting quotations
• Communicates clearly and efficiently, externally as well as internally.
• Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long‑term relationships with customer
• Following up on cold calls to potential prospects to increase your sales and achieve your goals.
• Prepare month‑end sales reports.

Requirements
