Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive for the freight forwarding sector. The role involves handling sales enquiries, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, and possess a GCE ‘O’ level qualification. Vehicle ownership is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Possession of own vehicle with class 3 license preferred.

Indoor Sales Executive (Freight forwarding)

5 days, 8.45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9.30am-12pm) once in every 3 months

Salary: $2500- $3500 + Commission

Location: Marymount

Job scope

• Attending to sales enquiries, generating and presenting quotations
• Communicates clearly and efficiently, externally as well as internally.
• Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long-term relationships with customer
• Following up on cold calls to potential prospects to increase your sales and achieve your goals.
• Prepare month-end sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Possess with own vehicle with class 3 license is preferred.
